God's Word is Powerful

God's Word is Powerful to Transform lives. The Word of God Changes hearts and minds. God's Word Fortify our spirit and empower our soul. God's Word fills us with comfort, joy, love, and a peace that passes all understanding. Why? "For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account" (Hebrews 4:12-13). Therefore, let us allow God's Powerful Word to transform our lives. And not live unprofitable or unworthy lives as the children of Isreal did in the book of Amos, the 5th Chapter. Where God rejected their empty religious rituals and festivals because their society was filled with oppression, hypocrisy and injustice, as our society is today. God demands repentance and a continuous, unstoppable flow of fairness and moral integrity.

Listen to the Words God spoke to Isreal through the Prophet Amos in Amos 5:21-24, saying,

"I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not delight in your solemn assemblies. Though you offer Me burnt offerings and your grain offerings, I will not accept them, Nor will I regard your fattened peace offerings. Take away from Me the noise of your songs, For I will not hear the melody of your stringed instruments. Instead, But let justice run down like water, And righteousness like a mighty stream" (Amos 5:21-24). Therefore, let us respect the Power of God's Word and live our life pleasing and acceptable before Him. For He sees and knowns all we do! And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
